The V65 Magna arrived for 1983 as Honda's muscle cruiser, putting a 1098 cc liquid-cooled V4 into a custom-style chassis with shaft drive and a six-speed gearbox. It was built as a stoplight-to-stoplight performer, with enough midrange to lift the front wheel and quarter-mile times that rivalled sports bikes of the day.
